CharFooderie ATX
Alexa is the owner of the already established CharFooderie ATX brand. CharFooderie ATX is a charcuterie delivery and grazing table business, focused on celebrating social environments and the wonders of food. Alexa came to me looking for a complete brand overhaul. She liked the general look of her old logo, a simple heart design, but she wanted to re-imagine what CharFooderie meant to her. She wanted the brand to be elegant and sophisticated while also emphasizing that it focuses on mindfulness and connections.
big sir
KB came to me with a fresh new idea for a business: a nonbinary, non-gender conforming clothing brand. They hoped to create a brand that was not going to match just one gender and focused on more gender-ambiguous clothing. The brand colors were to be based off the nonbinary flag. big sir is a brand that stands for being unapologetically and boldly yourself. Through collaboration with KB, we designed the logo to be unidentified person that can easily represent whatever gender they customer wants.
Odessy
Odessy is a collaboration brand between owners Abigail and Claudia in London. Abigail has a background as a fitness coach and a degree is sports psychology and Claudia was once her client. They wanted to design a brand for women’s fitness gear that looked clean, strong and stand out among famous brands like Nike and Adidas. The concept of Odessy is to provide the staple fitness equipment women need to start working out, at home or at the gym. I worked with the owners to build their entire brand identity from the ground up, from brand name to final brand book. Currently their products have gone to market and are being sold in the UK.
TruNorth and Shine First
Danette Low is the owner and founder of both Shine First and TruNorth. TruNorth is a wealth management company focused on clients looking to retire as well as clients who have well established wealth. Danette was looking for someone to start the process of re-imagining the brand before committing to the idea of any changes as well as mockups for potential social media banners. Danette also requested mockups for potential YouTube and podcast covers for her brand new podcast “That’s Money”.
For Shine First, Danette was looking to completely change and enhance her brand identity. We focused on creating a logo as well as banners and icons for social media prior to her releasing her book and groups. Shine First is a self help community for anxious moms and women learning to step into their power. The concept behind the bran design was uplifting but also sophisticated and traditional..
Volunteer and Nonprofit Work
Alexa Romero - Owner of CharFooderie ATX
“I love working with Ashley because she is very invested and wants to soak up as much of your business as she can so she can deliver something that fits your vision and it’s future.
She provides so many options when delivering anything to me whether it be business card designs or Instagram story templates, etc. and I appreciate that because I am not an easy decision maker! And with every option there is always a reason why and i love that Ashley shares this knowledge with me! It helps me gain real understanding behind my brand and how/why each brand element/material speaks to the client! She is what you need!”
